The national conference on the nexus of energy, air pollution and health is intended to trigger and drive the dialogue and devise policy, strategic and technical approaches that would promote clean energy solutions and to reduce air pollution in Kenya. Specific objectives of the conference are:
1. To raise awareness and share knowledge, experiences, good practices and lessons learnt on energy-air pollution-health nexus
2. Promote collaboration and identify synergies and opportunities to integrate and complement national, regional and local agenda on energy, environment and health
3. Build capacities to support evidence-based policy making to address barriers arising within the energy-air quality-health nexus
