The inaugural University of Nairobi Research Week was held from October 22nd to 26th, 2018 the University hosted eleven International Conferences covering a broad range of disciplines. 

In addition, several workshops, seminars and exhibitions were held. Several students and reserachers from the Institute of Nulclear Science & Technology presented their work at the 1st Annual Architecture & Engineering conference whose theme was “Innovative Infrastructure Development and Manufacturing towards Achieving AU Agenda 2063.” Agenda 2063 is the blue print and master plan for transforming Africa continent into the global powerhouse of the future over the next 50 years.

  3. A Study of the Operational Process of Anaerobic ponds of Dandora Wastewater Treatment Plant: Radiotracer Application by Wendy Adwet; Wilson Kairu; Michael Mangala; David Ng’ang’a
  4. EDXRF and TXRF analyses of heavy metal pollution in Thika river sediments, flora and water by Ben A. Moywaywa, Michael J. Mangala and David M. Maina
